1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using DukaanFlow (the "Service"), operated by DukaanFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DukaanFlow provides tools for inventory management, sales tracking, expense tracking, and customer credit (udhar) management for small businesses and shops.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

• DukaanFlow offers a Free plan with usage limits, and a Pro plan billed at ₹99/month or ₹999/year.
• Pro plan payments are processed via Razorpay and automatically renew each billing cycle until cancelled.
• You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no partial refunds are provided for unused time within a cycle, unless required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of the business data (inventory, sales, expenses, credit records) you enter into the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of this data, including for accounting, tax, or GST filing purposes. We are not responsible for verifying or auditing the data you enter.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DukaanFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of business data, revenue, or profits. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at dukaanflowhq@gmail.com.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
